Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I have these in blue and really comfortable and fit well the snake print however is a lot more gold than I would personally like and not reflective of the picture - it鈥檚 a nice shoe and personal choice but be mindful it is more of a bright gold hence 3 star

I bought these shoes in the sale, great value buy. I take a uk 6 to 7 and bought a 7 which were just the right fit, so id say the come up slightly on the smaller size. These shoes are stylish and comfortable with a built-in arch support. The snake print goes with lots of different colours making them versatile.

Lovely quality and style of shoe but unfortunately it is not obvious from the photos that there is a bright gold metallic pattern on the shoe, nor is it mentioned in the description. I feel this ruined the look of the shoe. They look a mix of black and grey, which I liked. I therefore had to return them.

I ordered these loafers as they looked really nice and I was looking for something a bit different. When they arrived it turns iug that they are not just shades of grey,as expected, but are metallic gold and grey. This was not evident in the pictures and nowhere was it mentioned in the description! Also, the shoes
are very narrow fitting.
I was annoyed that I had to pay over 拢6 postage to return them. The description is misleading. Had it mentioned metallic gold, I would never have ordered! Not recommended
