Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I have many 彩客网 shoes and boots and always taken a Size 5, ordered the above in a 5 and they were far too big, returned them and ordered a Size 4 to my surprise these were also too big so have returned them. Very disappointed as loved the shoe

This is a very ill fitted shoe . The front is elasticated with loose elastic which causes the shoe to come off your feet when you start walking on it.

I was after a safe pair of shoes after ankle injury but since this doesnt provide safety to walk, it's been no use to me!

These shoes are 2 sizes bigger so if you are a size 6 you will need a 4 , I returned mine and got a size 4 normally a 6.

I absolutely love the style of these trainers. The bit of animal print at the heel and silver trim makes them really stand out and looks so stylish. Its so easy to put them on, just slip your foot in. So comfortable too. Wore them all day no discomfort at all. Love them and was luckly enough to get them in the sale.

The trainer was a lovely shoe but sadly as you can鈥檛 tighten the elastic I was walking out of them, even tried a smaller size but sadly still the same.
Having said that the staff at the Harrogate store were amazing and found me an alternative which I am very happy with.
