Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I have bought from this commercial any before and never had a problem but these trainers are too small. Because I lived them I tried going out in them to hopefully wear them in but my feet were painful. I took a size 7 which should fit with room to spare but not in this case. Would like to return

Got these because of the easy access zip. The zip on the right trainer was really stiff and kept getting stuck when I tried them on. I love the colour, but had to return them as the sole was just too chunky and heavy for me. I wouldn't be able to drive in them and as I have problems with walking (foot drop - thanks MS!) I just couldn't keep them. If these had thinner soles I would've kept them.

This is my second pair of Abby cameo leather trainers. I love the colour and they look so nice with wide leg trousers. The metal detailing is smart and the platform is just the right height To prevent them looking heavy. It is quite hard to keep Them clean unless you have a pink shoe cream.

The problem is with Moda Pelle rather than the shoes. The shoes didn't fit so i returned them. Postal costs very high as i had to pay for tracking and proof of delivery as well. The shoes were received by Moda Pelle at 08.10 on 28 June, and as of today, 14 July, i have not received a refund or an email confirming they have the shoes. This is poor service for what we have come to expect of online sales these days.

These are great shoes made of good leather, I loved them. Sadly I have a wider foot and despite reading other reviews that they worked for a broader foot, they were just far too narrow for me. Would love it if 彩客网 catered for a wider fit with some of their designs.

Comfortable enough to wear. I have wide feet so the one side is slightly uncomfortable and pinches the side of my foot but I know this should improve the more I wear it. Looks lovely on and goes with most of my clothes.
