Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

Lovely pair of knee high boots. Leather is very soft & supple but for me the amazing aspect is that because of the lacing up the back I can adjust the for my quite chunky calves making the leg bespoke to me then when wearing using the zip to put on & take off. Looking forward to wearing them frequently.

I bought a pair of these boots last year and they were a lovely dark rich tan colour, lovely fit and so comfy. Bought another pair and the colour is very light, more camel colour not as expected or shown in the picture. The sole is not of the same quality and the boots are a very tight fit. Have decided to keep them anyway but can't help feeling disappointed.鈽�

For me personaly the leather was way to thin the way they were designed with creases i could see future issues. The boots them selves were to short in the leg, a good couple of inches and needed to be longer.
They look very nice, the colour was what i was looking for but on this occasion they were not for me.
because of the issues i dont think i will purchase knee length boots on line any more, The cost of sending them back took a huge chunk out of the value now lost.
Maybe Moda could think about making different lengths in knee length boots.

I usually have difficulty finding knee length boots to fit me as I require a wider fit for my calves. I was delighted by to find these. They fit perfectly without the use of elasticated material so they look like regular boots.
The leather is soft and the style is gorgeous. Love them .

Fit perfectly. I have big calves for my size 10 frame so struggle to get nice boots that everyone else seems able to wear comfortably. They fit beautifully. Easy on and off. I would be delighted with these boots but for one thing. Even with the back gusset completely opened out I cannot zip the boots up. I am so disappointed . For those of us with thicker calves it would be helpful if the maximum calf size was included on the website. Please, please, please make these boots with extra wide calf fitting.
