Measuring Heel Height

We measure our heel heights (in centimetres) by placing the heel on a flat surface and then measuring from the surface to the top of the heel

Leather Uppers

Leather uppers will benefit from regular cleaning and protecting with our range of protector sprays and creams. Conditioning your boots with oil and creams will help the leather resist cracking, flaking, fading or looking tired.

Suede / Nubuck Uppers

As soon as suede shoes have been brought home, they should be sprayed with a protector spray that is designed for suede shoes. Purchase a suede brush and routinely brush the dust and debris from shoes. A good habit to have is brushing down suede shoes immediately after they have been worn.

Heel Tips

Heel tips are a replaceable component which should not be allowed to wear down. Replace heel tips on a regular basis to prevent permanent damage to the heels. We do not recommend that you replace plastic heel tips with metal heel tips as this could alter the construction of the shoe.

Replacing Insoles

The insole of a shoe takes quite a bit of abuse, especially in flat and court shoes which are meant to be worn without socks. If replacing the insole is to help eliminate odors, first check to see if the insole is worn out. If it is not worn out, try sprinkling baking soda in the bottom of the shoe at night and then shaking or vacuuming it out in the morning.

Wet Weather Advice

Never dry wet shoes next to a radiator or any other source of heat: you'll crack the leather. Simply stuff them with newspaper or boot shapers and allow them to dry out naturally. If they are covered in mud, brush off when dry and then polish as normal.

Embellished Uppers

Embellished uppers are often adorned with hot stones or beaded details. Sometimes through wear and tear, these may become loose. Our customer services team can help to offer spare trims to neatly bring any embellishment back to lift.

I returned these boots the same day that they were delivered, they were impossible to get on!
I know that Moda are notoriously narrow/small fitting so I ordered a size up but was still unable to get them on. To add insult to injury, as I ordered them off the internet I had to pay for postage to return them. I won鈥檛 be ordering online again

I love these boots, they look great and are really comfortable. I鈥檓 a size five which I ordered, they are a tiny bit big but with socks fit perfectly and don鈥檛 pinch anywhere. I walked for hours in them the first time I wore them and had no problems. Would be lovely in a dark green leather too

Great boots! I can't believe how difficult it is to get this style of boot especially of this quality. I bought Ariat, Darlin boots first but they're too narrow. These were 拢20 cheaper and fit much better. Love them! I wanted tan, a bought taupe, I think the lighter ones would've been too light.

Comfortable fit (I'm usually a 4 to 5 depending on the brand, and the 4 fits very well). Lovely stitch detailing on the toe and sides of the boots. Personally I would say the colour is more tan than taupe. It's a great colour and style for denim, whether skirts, dresses or jeans. Very pleased with my purchase!

Super comfortable I have wide feet and this was a tiny bit of a struggle to get my foot in it though time hopefully leather will soften. So hard to get a cowboy boot with pointy toe and proper cowboy heel. Worth every penny love them.

I bought these boots online and had them delivered. Very disappointed with the condition of the leather. Lots of scuffs and scartches noted, spoiling the appearance of these new boots (first 3 photos). Boots were returned for a refund and another pair ordered. This 2nd pair were in slightly better condition. However, once again the leather was scuffed and scratched in places and will probably return these too (second 3 photos) . I love the style, colour and fit but I would expect a brand new pair of boots to arrive unblemished. I wish I was able to buy these in-store, then I would be able to check the quality before purchasing.

These boots are true to size I would say and very comfortable to wear all day. They are really good quality and look lovely with jeans or a dress. The one thing I would say is that I would have preferred the zip to go all the way to the top of the boot- I have found them a bit of an effort to get my foot in, but once they are on they fit perfectly.

These were absolutely gorgeous however they come up big. I am a true 4 but they felt like a 5.
There was no 3 available on the website so I had to return them.
I also found out I have to pay for returns which I believe wasn鈥檛 made clear to me.

Great boots colour more a tan than taupe I feel, heel just right great quality boot sizing spot on Im size 7 or 8 depending on make but some moda shoes sizing can be a bit off with the Size 8 41 coming in too small but theses are perfect considering getting the other colour and would love in black
